Benefit Cosmetics is looking for a savvy, friendly, motivated, and energetic Retail Experience Supervisor to join the South African team.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Retail Development Manager (RDM), the Retail Experience Supervisor will be responsible for:
• Driving and delivering sales performance
• Coaching and motivating the field teams daily aiming for excellence of customer service and high-level productivity
• Building a strong commercial relationship with our key field partners

Duties include
• Ensure retail growth performance instore (product and services) and meet set targets
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans in collaboration with the RDM
• Build and maintain an excellent relationship with our main actors in store
• Lead product and services trainings instore
• Coach and motivate a team of Counter Managers and Beauty Advisors
• Analyze individual and team results for both products and services
• Assist in retail staff yearly personal evaluation to assess their performance
• Identify training needs and address them liaising with the RDM and Field Coach
• Responsible for the instore training and upskilling of team members focusing on product knowledge, brow services, and sales methodology
• Coach instore team members with a mindset of “excellence of customer service”
• Actively participate in store activities leading by example
• Support the Training Calendar according to Marketing Plan
• Ensure compliance with local aesthetic guidelines as well as the Benefit standards

Competencies and qualifications
• Embody Benefits DNA
• Minimum of 4 years in education or sales
• Comfortable and competent at makeup application
• Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills, ability to “think on their feet”, and public speaking skills
• Strong knowledge of industry services market trends in cosmetic & fashion industry
