Position Summary:
We are hiring a young Sales Consultant to join our L’Occitane Kiosk in the Brooklyn Shopping Centre. As a member of a Premium Brand, you will assist the team to succeed by achieving Sales Targets, Growing Customer Loyalty, and Promoting our Product through the Development of Excellence in Customer Service. Able to work retail hours which entails working mall hours, weekend work, and public holidays.
With a strong background in Premium Sales, you must possess a Passion for Selling, take Pride and Identify with our Amazing Products and enjoy creating an Exceptional Retail Experience for our Customers.
Your own Excellence in Customer Service and Sales will enable you to be an integral part of the Sales Team.
You further accept that your location of work may be varied to accommodate the operational needs of the business. Any variation of work location will be reasonable.
Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of sales experience- This is a junior position
Grade 12 certificate
excellent selling skills/strong sales focus
Consumer service orientated
Convincing and motivating personality

Time Management/Stock Management
Outgoing and appealing personality; communicative
Acts on his/her own initiative
Retail/customer service experience
Remuneration
R32 per hour
Commission-After 3 months of employment
